International Renaissance Psychotherapy Association (IRPA)
MISSION STATEMENT
The International Renaissance Psychotherapy Association (IRPA) is founded upon the Neo-Renaissance Academy ideals of a return to the classical humanistic values of the West.
In developing its international clinical register, representing local territorial chapters, it is open to membership for any professional from any discipline within the psychological and related therapies, who can accept and meet with, our commonly shared standards of competence, and ethical practice.
In holding to its universal humanistic values, IRPA rejects any form of discrimination, cancelation or inappropriate political control over its registrants; their clients, patients and therapeutic participants.
Applicants for IRPA registration must demonstrate good character, competence to practice, be in appropriate supervision, be insured for their clinical work and meet with the requirement for annual auditing of their continuing professional development (CPD). They must also agree to abide by the Associations published codes of conduct and professional practice.
IRPA registration is independent of any territorial regulation of psychological and related professional practice, and is not intended to replace such regulation.
There are NO fees for clinical registration with IRPA
